Great experience — helpful, knowledgeable staff and everything perfect, from pickup with their courier to the repair and return of the item. I asked whether it could be repaired and sent back within a week and they made it happen. The Canon 24-70 was tested and works perfectly. Very satisfied.
I sent in a Pentacon Six TL, a camera known for its complex mechanics. It was repaired promptly and flawlessly, and I was kept regularly updated on the status of the repair.
Top-quality service. I called them and they had already pinpointed my lens problem over the phone; I shipped the parcel and within 2 working days the repair was done. The lens is like new.
My Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR II had started playing up: the autofocus had become slow and I was seeing strange chromatic aberrations at the edges. They brought it back to its best condition.
