How Long Does A Repair Take?
We guarantee a quote within 48 hours after receiving the product to repair. From the moment the quote is accepted, most repairs are carried out in 2-3 working days. Some repairs may take longer in case they are particularly difficult or if the spare parts are not so easy to find.
What Kind Of Replacement Do You Use For Repair?
We use 100% original spare parts whenever possible. If the original parts are not available then we will use only compatible parts with the same qualities as the originals, produced in the same factories as the original products.
Does The Repair Have A Warranty?
Yes! All our repairs come with a 6 month warranty. If in this period of time the product shows the same problem again (without having suffered damage any or improper use) we will do the repair again, for free , of course!
